The Two Hand: Slam Munch Madness- East Coast Edition

Welcome to one of my two official entries to the #FrozenChefMadness contest through our friends at LifeofDad.com and Easy Home Meals in celebration of Frozen Food Month.

Preparation? Simple enough that you won’t violate the 20 minute snack clock in preparation for your favorite game. Why waste time cooking with so many games to watch?

Tater Tots-
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Lay out tater tots on cookie sheet.
Use a 1/4 cup of Olive Oil and drizzle it over tater tots
Sprinkle black pepper, salt, and garlic powder on top of tots
Let tots cook for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle grated parmesan on top of tater tots.
Use spatula to flip tater tots over so they brown evenly. Repeat sprinkling of all spices and grated parmesan.
Cook for another 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve.

Chicken –
Preheat Oven at 400
Remove from package.
Lay chicken on tray.
Cook for about 8-10 minutes.
Flip chicken.
Cook for another 8-10 minutes.
Serve.

Sugar Snap Pea Pods
Place package in microwave.
Microwave on high for 4-8 minutes.
Rip open package and allow to cool.
Serve.

I, of course, added a small bowl of Heinz ketchup for the tater tots. I also added a bowl of Ranch dipping sauce – which you can make easily with a container of sour cream and package of ranch seasoning.

The #FrozenChefMadness competition is all about good, quick snacks. My East Coast edition of Munch Madness definitely fits the bill.

I have partnered with Life of Dad, LLC for the#FrozenChefMadness promotion. Sponsored by NFRA ( https://www.nfraweb.org/), the #FrozenChefMadness promotion gives anybody the chance to win a $800 Visa gift card.
